ELISA test is a widely used test in medical laboratory, used to investigate mainly Viral infection and somtimes to detect Bacterial and parasitic infection. the ELISA in the video is Indirect ELISA looking for specific Antibodies for a specific pathogen.

window period as i knew the window period is not for the ELISA test it self but it is for the virus it self . the window period for HIV virus which causes AIDS is different from HBV window hope this information is what you are lookiong for dear ghamaa

hi bilal part 2 shows the result reading by ELISA reader which is a modified spectrophotometer because our ELISA results is an enzymatic chromogeneic reactio which mean we will have a color indicate the presence of targeted Ab in pateint serum.
