I have found an elisa method, and a Eletrochemiluminescent Immunoassay method. Anyone who can provide information or a point in the right direction would be appreciated

blood test is all i know i am a psyche nurse try to google it http://www.webmd.com/cancer/carcinoembryonic-antigen-cea you could also try the CDC
